i was at the grocery and the debit swipey thing was taking an unusually long amount of time. the cashier was kinda sweating it a bit so i said "don't worry, it takes as long as it takes".
then i was told i have a lot of patience and i thought "heck yeah i got patience! i'm a level 20 mage gnome!"
All the walking walking walking you have to do. WoW really stands for World of Walking. and my particular character is the wussiest in combat. anything touches him he's dead and you have to walk walk walk back to your body as a spirit. once i fell off a waterfall and couldn't get to my body for 2 hours.
everything takes hours. and the higher you go in levels, the longer it takes to get to the next one. you can imagine how long it took for my wussy, fragile guy to get to level 20.
and worst part is, i'm kinda proud of it. check my little guy out. doesn't he rawk now??!?

Did you choose to be a mage nome? or it is a level you have to progress through? and level 20....how many levels are there?
