wow!

 i'm lvl 63 gnome mage now out of a possible 70 levels
i've been to sooo many places and seen wonderful things
its been 6 months since i started with my 1st and only character: swuteimsayin
one might assume that when i hit 70, i will beat the g ame?
... no. not even close.
i've reached a respect for this game that i wasn't prepared for. this game breathes it's own life. this stems from the wow universe being so incredibly expansive and detailed.
at first glance you probaly wouldn't think it was that detailed. the basic structure is the same: enemies wait to be killed and you go up and kill them. but once you've reached a certain point, it takes a turn for the epic and becomes very rewarding.
when you've reached that certain turning point where the scales are set larger. when you are faced with the need to band with others to succeed, and character abilities count. and personalities count. when you are ready to don that magical cloak or whatever it is. that's when you realize just how big this virtual world is. and you realize that there is so much more left to do.
i expect that i have another 3 or 4 months to go before i "beat" the game. that is to say, "beating" the game means defeating the main boss of the Black Temple in the expansion. that is a raid that you can't even get to without first finishing a different raid.
i haven't even gone on one raid yet.

I think that top pic is your chicken, but do you have a new ride in the bottom? Something that flies?

ya i do have a new ride! its an updated mechanical chicken! it basically has more exhaust pipes and a rear view mirror added.
my silly gnome can't get the fire-breathing horses and stuff.
i found out that the flying dragon mounts you can't get until you reach level 70.
see the tiara on my head? i have to wear it coz it has the best armor stats right now =(
